It includes everything you need- from content recommendations and resources to logistical planning and funding support. We believe meetups are a great way to bring the Pinot community together, exchange ideas, and share inspiring use cases.

How to get started
- Access the Meetup In a Box kit
- Kickoff Chat – Fill out the form below, and we’ll get back to you to brainstorm your event and potential dates during an initial call. Alternatively, you can email us at community@startree.ai to get started!
- Shaping the Content – Decide on topics and speakers. It’s always recommended to share a use case with Pinot and combine a high-level talk with a more technical deep dive or hands-on session. Need an extra speaker? We’ve got you.
- Bringing It All Together – Use the Meetup project tracker to align speakers, content, and logistics. Make sure to use the “pre-during-post Event Check-list” on the project tracker to stay on track. Let us know how we can support you- whether it’s setting up the event page, creating graphics, or anything else.
- Nailing the Details – Secure the venue, order swag, and plan for food & drinks. Don’t forget to share the expenses with us in advance so we can confirm everything fits within budget, and later on, submit them for payment!
- Making It Happen – Have an awesome event, record and take pictures- all of which can be featured on the Pinot YouTube channel and social media!
